Cleaning method
- 1. Generally choose backwashing on the production line: first close the pipe switch of raw solution and filtrate, rinse with bacteria-free water, input from the original outlet, discharge from the inlet or the lower drain hole of the filter, backwashing should have pressure but not too large, generally about 5kg.
- 2. Remove the stainless steel folding filter element and put it in the cleaning solution for cleaning. First soak it in repeated cleaning.
- Cleaning fluid is generally available:
- A. Sodium hydroxide, 0.1 nNaOH
- B.1-2% citric acid solution or 0.1N oxalic acid solvent, 0.1N hydrochloric acid solvent.
- C. Enzyme solvents and other solvents are generally cleaned at a temperature of 30-40 degrees is the best.
- Precautions during cleaning: high protein content of filter solution, such as draft beer and nutrient solution, must be sterilized at high temperature after cleaning the filter element to prevent protein condensation at high temperature from blocking the membrane hole.
